OK, here's the deal people. New to this board. New to wide format. I've got 37 years in the service industry, but none with Oce equipment. Actually going to Chicago next week for training on the PlotWave 300. But right now I have a customer with one of these machine that is giving two error codes. 22501 and 22701. Can't seem to find any info as to what these codes indicate, or how to approach repair of machine. So, I am asking for some assistance or ideas as to what this could be. The machine was installed by Oce tech 3 weeks ago. Brand new. I know that manuals are not to be had without the Oce SDS,TSM and Lotus Notes software, but I don't think this customer would be too happy about waiting two weeks for a resolve. Any help would be great. Thanks.
PS, can anyone give me some opinions on the Oce training?

paper may be jammed in the printer. unload the media rolls, check the fuser. close open doors close media drawer press ok button (top right of user panel) reload media
22501 is a software error
22701 is a initialization error
