OK, so since there is no KIP1200 stacker section and it is connected to a KIP6000, I'll post here. When the prints enter the stacker and is halfway through, the stacker makes a whinning noise then goes away. It does this with just about every sheet that comes out. Fan and drive motor seems to be working correctly, but customer is complaining.
