Can anyone tell if you got your 7000 problem resolved and if so, what did you do to fix it. I have 2 machines with the same intermittant E-07 errors, and have been through all the posted possibilities to no avail.
Thank you in advance. Both machines are non Rohs - one has a new style board in it. |

When you say all the posted possibilities to no avail. Just what excatly did you try? My experience is that the Cutter Board and or the little piece off the black disk solves my issues. I tend to lean towards the board. Can you give us a little more info on how often the E-07's are happening?
Have you had the cutter assy out of the machine and cleaned and oiled it?

| I have replaced, the motor, the motor board, checked for play in the coupler, have not widened the disc, but I did replace it. I have removed the knife and cleaned/ lubricated it, a couple times, I have also replaced the sensor that reads the disc with the cutout. |
