Have you checked the fuser speed for 30 inch. There is a tech bulletin on this. Seen it on the 3000's and 1 of my 7100's. Could be a false code causing it. Worth a try

It may notice that there is a change in the tubes when you put a new o ring in it. I would only replace with a new or known good ink tube system. I have never tried to repair one, only replace them.

make sure non of the door switches or any other kill switch is not getting weak. Just had a J-10, J-11, J-12 code come up on a 7170. turn out to be the switch for the developer door.

Is the power dropping off any while it is running? Maybe heating up and shutting down and restarting it resets it. Or is the USB connected right.
